Meet Nic Sieler, the friendly face behind Hillcrest Homes. Nic’s got a solid foundation in Business Administration from Wayne State College in Nebraska and is no stranger to the world of entrepreneurship. Before diving into the housing industry, he was the go-to guy at the Black Knight Steakhouse and Lounge and even flexed his inventive muscles at Utili-Pole, Incorporated, where he dreamed up and patented a super handy utility pedestal for RVs.
Since 1987, Nic’s been all in on factory-built housing, bringing over 25 years of know-how to the table. He’s done it all – from managing regions and zones to running the show as a general manager. He’s even lent his expertise to help kickstart new home lines for big names like Kanbuild, Inc., and Champion Homes. Plus, he’s lent his voice and vision to the Manufactured Housing Association Boards across Nebraska, Kansas, and Wyoming.
Nic’s adventures have taken him back to Nebraska where he’s embraced a new chapter in his life. With his kids grown up and out on their own, he’s found more time to indulge in his passions. He’s a true connoisseur of the arts and a wizard in the kitchen, especially when it comes to barbecue. These days, Nic is making a name for himself in the culinary world as the pitmaster of a prize-winning barbecue team, showcasing his flair for creating mouthwatering dishes that are as memorable as his homes.
